Ship bell

In keeping with nautical tradition, I am looking to add a bell to my 2320 Parker.

Does anyone have a bell on their boat? And where is it mounted?

Any pics would be great.

As you most likely now capt Lou a bell is only required on vessels over 12 meters but if you do put one on pick yourself up a tennis ball to cut and slide over the striker so it doesn't drive you crazy

But this is nautical tradition.

I found the website brass bell.com which has cool bells and they engrave.

Actually mine was required as an additional sound making device on a previous commercial inspection.....
