The panels are made by Siemens, marine grade and 25 yr warranty. Wiring between panels needs replacing

Did you install a battery temperature controller or sensor?

No I didn’t install the temp sensor yet; but, it's on the way.

Solar panels going back on. Just need a length of wire, no MC4 connectors, Blue Seas mini on off rotary switch, MPPT solar controller like GenAsun, and a Blue Seas wire clam like used on VHF radio antenna cable.

How did you setup fusing
1. Between panels to controller ?
2. Between controller to battery bank?

I used inline fuses right at the controller. You can see them to the left and right

If your replacing the controller, take a look at Victron. They are able to network to the battery temp/voltage sensor and then be read on a smartphone.

Currently looking at a Renogy Rover 20 Amp 12V/24V MPPT controller, Blue Seas Inline fuse and MRBF fuse on the battery
