Some sort of "fix" for sliding seats?

About all that annoys me on my 2100CC is that the captain/mate seats behind the center console won't stay in the position I put them. They just slide back as far as they go no matter how I adjust the lever under the seats.

These seat adjusters were replaced last year under new boat warranty by Parker, but that was not fix.

I'm sure others have this same problem. Anyone find a cure?

I don't have the answer to your question, but I am having a similar problem with the seats want to swivel regardless of how hard I tighten them . It appears that all is working in the mechanics of it.
