The bigger fish are always closer.

I stopped fishing those tournaments about 6 years ago. Right about the time ESPN broadcast the Monster Shark Tourney.

Structure + Bait = big fish

Good luck man

We're going to to 44017 buoy manana break from the beach is pushing out to it....bluefish are with it 48 miles!?! why?? its all mudddy water util u hit little tails muhole was a gamble for him, he went cold water---paid off

Ended up trolling 3 hours 445 am - 7am for BFT 1 knock nothing to the boat

shark till 4pm, nothing at all to show for it until the afternoon but the bluesharks finally came - i will post pics tomorrow

we ended up having some fun and pitch baiting a bunker to to a pretty big blue (250lbs) on a penn kg...nice fight

next weekend is J&Bs tourny, anyone in it?

we were given a chart and told a blue that was fork to nose 8.9" was a keeper turns out it wasn't thats why it was donated

in actuality its 9' 8" i think some one might have goofed on the chart table... i hated to kill a fish like that for naught .... but trust me there were no shortages of blue sharkes we landed over 18 that were over 7' first day plus about 12 we had to cut free...
second day worse more and bigger ....lol but not winners ... oh well going tuna fishing in a week or so and I WILL CATCH KEEPERS... see post in a wek or soo...!!!

Haha, Bryan - we swear we saw a great white on Sunday about 24nm off Block. We're almost positive, I will get the pictures from my buddy's camera when I can.
