Thoughts on asking price of 2006 2520XL

What are your thoughts on a very clean 2006 2520XL with a Yamaha 250 with 100 hours and a Yamaha 25 with just a few hours. The owner installed it as a back-up motor for just in case. The seller is the second owner. First owner didn't use it much and second owner used it even less. Sits on a clean galvanized roller trailer w/electic winch. Has a stainless cockpit bimini that needs cleaning. 2nd station (free standing). Huge 10" Garmin display. Lewmar windlass. ACR remote searchlight. Built-in head. Standard 4 seats with two storage consoles on each side (and no way to get to the junk that rolls behind them and becomes lost forever). $55k. He will take $5k off if I don't want the 25hp motor.

Your thoughts and sage advice are greatly appreciated.
