It's not paint ... it's gelcoat. See your dealer, but you might end up doing the whole floor to match .
One could try 'painting' to match, as the 1-part West Marine polyurethane paint is almost the Parker color/tint. It won'tbe perfect, but might be a simpler/cheaper option. I'd put a small amount, after mixing, into a container and would thin it, then wipe it on, with intent a few applications might be needed. At worst, acetone or 'gentle' paint remover would remove it without harming the gelcoat.
