There are generally vendors at the major boat shows who can do that sort of work in embroidery, so long as you have the art work.
If you are looking for a photo transfer, that can be done too.

I went down to a local t-shirt shop with a photograph of my boat. They used the photo to make a line-drawing template. They charged $35 for this. Then I was able to order t-shirts and lots of other things from their catalog. They keep the template on-hand, so when my t-shirt collection gets thin, I just order more.
