Thanks. I understand what you mean about the linear fashion... Although I've been running the boat so long it sort of a non-issue.

I'm getting two 55 gallon droms from work next week and will emty the tank. I looked through the sender hole and the tank looks very clean. There is a good 4-6" of phase separation on the bottom. On the trailer with things nice and "still" the heavy phase should come out very well.

I have the fuel system back on the boat with new filters and screen. Actually an easy job once you pull the side cowls off. I've been running off an auxillary tank loaded with Sea-Foam to clean the injectors. She is running pretty smooth right now but the real test will be with a load on it.
