I have a 06 2120dvsc and a 06 Yamaha f150. With the Lowrances HDS 5 gps/ff and command link gauges (square) do I have many options? Do I contact local marine store, Lowrance, or Yamaha? Does anybody have any systems they could recamend? Any info would help.

thanks

S1000 would be more than enough for that boat unless you want to spend the money and get the new raymarine or garmin unit. just depends on your budget. The s1000 works well as long as you arent going super slow. garmin will be more accurate because it has a calibrated gyro ball.

S1000 RM will work . Read my post under electronics to get wiring info.
The unit is pretty easy to install, about 3 hours. It really helps if you know what gps + out and - out wires are on your plotter.

I saw a detailed post onthe hull truth about wiring your unit, you might want to check there.

Unit comes with everything and costs betweem 850 and 900
