Which brand and model with setup like remote control, solenid, etc is the best on the market today. I plan to replace my windlass sometime in the future and want to prepared if I see a deal.

I am also interested in purchasing a windlass for my 2520. Can you recommend a dealer and give me a price range that you would consider reasonable.

LOL.....No....1st we don't know where you live. So giving you a dealer in Ca. will do you no good in Maine.

2nd I don't use dealers for stuff like this. 3rd....The dealer is probably going to tell you , that you don't need the contactor. They install them a different way that I do Not like.
