I'm considering changing my notched transom to a bracket and closing in the stern.
There was a Parker bracket for sale here last winter but i hesitated and missed it.

The bracket would be for a 2510Dv and a DF250HP 4 Stroke

I figure there must be salvage or extra inventory from time to time.

Thanks,
Phil

That is pretty sweet. Do you know the mfg ? any Idea on the price point ?

FWIW, there's a lot of options in replacement OB brackets. My '92 Parker wears a bracket original from Stainless Marine of Miami. FL ... and given the service I've had with it, with how it appears right now, almost 19-years later ... and I'd buy another one!

Stainless Marine = http://www.stainlessmarine.com/index.ph ... t&Itemid=1

There's also:
A&J Marine Welding = http://www.custommarinewelding.com/products_engine.htm My friend and I cut apart his old walk-thru transom last year or so and put one on, documented as a CP DIY project, even though not a Parker hull, see: viewtopic.php?f=11&t=6972

SeaMark by SeaCraft boats) = http://www.seamark-marine.com/products.html

Seamount = http://www.seamount-mattson.com/singplat.htm

I'd price/shop/compare cost, features, and support between them all :) !
