Yamaha Motor Diagnostics for Parker 2300

Hi all I am attaching Yamaha diagnostics for my Parker 2300 I am purchasing.
Motor: 2009 Yamaha 250 hp 4 stroke 55 original hours
Can someone tell me what "Diagnosis 1" means? Are these error codes that the motor has had?
Everything look normal? I think the fuel has been sitting for a few years but they are pumping that out. Also changing batteries. Compression on all cylinders range from 140-150.

I attached the excel file at the bottom of my post... its at the very top under "1. Diagnosis" Is this an explanation of the codes or these are codes given out by the motor?

Errors will be listed in Red in the Results column (column C)
but think something is wrong
It should state Normal if ok not a blank cell and show 8 items at a time. Press F1 for printout

Did they run the OB with YDS connected or OB off with key off?

I am not sure but will ask. Which method should it be? It provided some data... i.e. Hours and different rpm levels and thermostat temps etc. So 1. Diagnosis is just a list of items and it should read normal or a problem correct?
