Every time I look into my front hatch it is very wet, water dripping off the bottom of the lid. Even when I haven't used the boat it is wet. Granted I don't keep the plug in the bottom of the space. Hate to put anything in it. Anyone else have this issue? Rick 2021 1801

I have had my 2021 1801 for about a year and have about 130 hours on it. I am very happy with the boat and have no issues. My boat lives in the water (brackish) and I have had none of the above issues. R

I carry a very nice handheld VHF. It has GPS and DSC, I had to get a MMSI number for it. I don't travel too far from home.

Its generally called and electronics box. I would think its an option. I know when I got my custom T-Top for my 1801 it was a $500 option. Rick

About the T Top, it doesn’t appear that Parker offers one for the 1801. My dealer sent my boat to Modlins in Farmville NC for a very nice custom T Top. $2,800 plus extra for a T bag and electronics box ( which I didn’t get). Rick

I purchased our 1801 new this year with the non hydraulic Uflex steering. Being used to hydraulic steering I was planning on changing it out this winter. Since that time I’ve become used to and like the manual steering. Also, this steering system is way above traditional “cable” steering. Also...

Bottom paint for our 1801 in NC. It will be in the water from April through December then on the trailer for the winter. R

No discount for me for a 2021 1801 although I guess I was lucky to get a 2021 at the 2020 price. If boats were stacked up at the dealers I guess there may be a discount, but that haven't been the case in 2020! Rick

Yeah noticed the cupholder change on my 21 1801. Much rather have the combo. BTW, what's the wait time? My buddy ordered a 1801 in July and he's looking at late November. Rick

The Garmin does show boat speed and depth, it does not show RPM and such the way it is installed. I believe you can show that information on the Garmin using a network.
