Thanks Dale, New information from my friend says the hull id number is actually PMX21358F88. Apparently, the rest of the info in my initial post is good as-is. Any info and or opinions on this model would be appreciated.

A good friend (non computer type) has looked a boat and asked me what I knew about it. Serial number is TXP21358F88 (the T could be a P?). He has been told it has a new deck and fuel tank and the transom has been modified for a SS bracket. He thinks the hull is a 21' Parker; can anyone tell me...
