Had fuel tank replaced on my 1987 Parker. Had new deck installed as well. Boat runs great now that I also put on a new outboard motor. Venting when not in use or stored sounds like a great plan. While replacing the tank was costly I am so glad I did it. Anyone needing this type of work done...

I have an 18 ft center console Sou Wester the precursor to Parker. I need install a new fuel tank. Has anyone tackled this project? Does the entire deck need to be removed or can I cut out the deck above the fuel tank? Anyone know where to purchase a new fuel tank? Any insight would be most...
