    livewell pump problem

Well, the wiring was not the problem. I went through everything for the fiftieth time. Then . . . I thought of one thing I had not tried. The Shurflo is a dual port as you know . . . one water line to the washdown pump and one to the livewell. Well, on a whim, I reversed the ports. Now...

    livewell pump problem

Fish, The boat has been running great and catching lots of fish. No complaints except the livewell pump problem. I will double check the leads but I am pretty sure they are correct. All I did was replace the cartridge that goes into the livewell pump housing. I am heading to the dock now...

    livewell pump problem

I have a 23 DVCC. I have the dual shurflo system. The water comes through the thru hull and the pump then feeds the livewell and the washdown pump. I cannot get water to the livewell. First, I replaced the cartridge in the pump thinking it was not pumping water fast enough. No help. Just...

    Livewell Pump Problem

I did check that valve and really hoped that was the problem, but it was wide open. I even unscrewed that sprayer just to make sure that was not the problem. Thanks for the heads-up though. It could easily have been the problem.

    Livewell Pump Problem

I have a 2005 23 DVCC. The livewell pump is a dual port model. I believe it is a Rule. It feeds the livewell and then also feeds water to the washdown pump. A couple of weeks ago, I hit the livewell switch and got nothing. I thought it might be a fuse. I worked on things this past weekend...

Need to repair hole in livewell (2300DVCC)

We spent last week at the beach and were in and out of the live well which was full of bait. Anyway, I noticed a hole in my live well the last day. I think it must have been a weak spot that cracked due to putting the lid on repeatedly. You can look in the hole and see the fiberglass (I...

Console box --Spring Arm Replacement (????)

I have a 2005 2300DV. I am not sure of the correct name for the arm that holds the console door open. Anyway, mine is no longer working. The door just goes right back down when I open it. Do I just need to get an entirely new arm or just replace part of the mechanism? What is the correct...

    Live Baitwells

Lucky John, I have the Keep Alive System. I actually bought it for my freshwater boat to keep large herring alive for striper fishing (rockfish) on the Roanoke River (North Carolina). Everyone is correct, you need to pump water into it to keep any large baits alive. I tried to use the system...

    Parker pulpit (need measurement)

Can someone please measure the exact length of their factory pulpit from the very tip of the bow (underneath the pulpit) to the end of the pulpit (without the anchor)? I am looking at a used boat with a factory pulpit, center console. I am worried about the added length for storage purposes. I...
