Live well not filling with water

"Perpendicular is off. In-line is open." This is not always the case. Seacock handles are held on by a nut, and can be removed and rotated in 90* increments. Sometimes done to make them easier to reach, or because the standard orientation may be blocked by something else in the bilge. Verify...

    Risk from these cracks

Unscrew that battery switch, and you will see if that cut out was edge sealed, or whether you might have water migrating downward from there.

Hamonic noise in the 2520XL cabin???

In my experience, I always thought the truck noise(2 Subs, 3 Pickups) came from roof oscillations, and had nothing to do with the motor. I can't put any window down, would hate to think you have to lock yourself in the cabin.

1801 console pole holders-kind of a no brainer (if you have them please attach pictures)

I had a 2000 1801, hated that hatch in the console. The fuse block was tight in that corner, right under the trim tab switch, and you couldn’t even see it without sticking your head inside. And you couldn’t work on it without sticking your right arm and shoulder, and your head inside, then reach...

1801 console pole holders-kind of a no brainer (if you have them please attach pictures)

Not sure why they were not mounted lower down, can’t remember that far back. Screw point barely sticks through, knocked the sharp point off with a grinder.

    Plumbed porta potty

Sounds like your main concern is that the pump out won't get everything out of the tank. You are always going to be tied up at a dock when pumping out, and your porta potty is only going to take a minute. You could have a water hose, or a 5 gallon bucket of fresh water, ready to pour thru the...

    Rust on new boat

The cheaper the stainless, the more magnetic the screws will be. Remove a couple of rusty screws, and see how close you can move a good magnet to them before they jump to it. Good stainless may stick, but it won't jump. Video would be good.

Print out a copy of the warranty, and ask him to highlight any sections that might be in jeopardy, if you do the work.
