I'm about to install some pop-up cleats and need some expert advice, please. Boat is a Parker 21cc. For each cleat, installation will require drilling 2 holes in the gunnel, roughly 5/8 dia. and about 7 inches apart - then removing the rectangular(ish) section of gunnel between the 2 holes...
