    Pictures of 2016 2520 OpenBack

Love the open back option. Looks like the pilot house deck is the same level as the cockpit on this one. Where did you get the v berth cargo storage bag in the first shot? Looks much more usable than the storage hammock I have and don't use much anymore.

Saw a dual console Parker yesterday

Hope this did it. The hard Top is in front of a metal roof in the pic, so it's a little tough to make out. I've also learned it's really tough to type on an iPad.

Saw a dual console Parker yesterday

Saw a beautiful dual console Parker in Taylor Creek yesterday. Took a cell phone pic, but it's too big to upload. Looked like it was on the 25 or 28' hull w/ a transom door. The side profile looked like a Blackfin or North Coast from the 80's, but with bow seating instead of a cabin. It was...

    Hard time fueling boat

I just unscrewed the black cap on the end of vent (on the outside of the hull) and could see it crudded over. May have to remove it to clean it depending on how bad it is, but you can see whether it is clogged while in place.

    Hard time fueling boat

I have a 2110 as well (2001 model). It was always very, very slow to fill from the time it was new. I took apart the flame arrestor on the vent and found the screen totally clogged over with salt. Cleaned it up and it has been taking gas as fast as any pump can put it out for at least the...

I like big tabs and I cannot lie

Yes, the actuator location moved. I just filled the old holes with West Systems Six Ten epoxy after cleaning out all the old 5200 residue. Six Ten is expensive compared to other expoxies, but really easy to work with. If you go with 24 x 9" tabs you shouldn't need a permatrim. Full tabs gets...

NEW! Custom Cover for 2120 Sport Cabin

Hey Bosun, I wish I could use this cover - it's beautiful. Can you tell me who made it for you? I keep my boat on a lift in Morehead City and between the summer sun, birds occasionally dropping shells in the winter and other presents year round, it just might be worth it to get an easy to...

I like big tabs and I cannot lie

Okay, so I just test drove the 2310 after pulling off the narrow and long lenco tabs with the actuators that kept dying. Put Bennett 9X24"s on at New Years. Finally got a warm weekend with lots of wind (20 - 30 mph) and the results are beyond amazing. Most impressive is the amount of bow...

    new parker owner

Nice boat. More importantly, is that a Vizsla butt in the last picture? Seems to be standing too close to you, so it just may be. Great boat dogs. Named our boat Bird Dog after ours.

    2510 Tackle and Drink Storage

The storage bins next to the helm and passenger seat are a good location to glue a Taco poly cup holder. I did this instead of using the supplied suction cups and have had no issues for the past 13 years.http://www.defender.com/product3.jsp?path=-1|7504|2290188&id=2025131. Very convienent...

Found a Good Deal on a Boat Cover for a 2120!

Saw this on Craigslist. It's pricey, but a fantastic deal for what it is. http://eastnc.craigslist.org/boa/4776032515.html Hope the link worked.

Parker 2310 and 2520 Cabin Space

Correct! I use an inflatable double matterss in the cabin of our 2310. Fits snugly at the bow with 15-18" to spare on either side at the aft bulkhead. Plenty of space for my 8 year old daughter (who loves sleeping on the boat) and I. If you just use the exisiting cushions there is enough...

    Boat Transport Co?

James delivered the boat last Thursday without incident. There was a several day delay in picking up the boat, but he was in the hospital with pneumonia, so can't hold that against him.

    Bennett Trim Tab question

Thanks for the replys. I noticed on their web site that Bennett will trade out the actuators at no cost if needed. My concern was moving the actuator closer to centerline on the deep V would move the mounting location down a couple of inches. I forgot to measure this over the weekend when I...

    Bennett Trim Tab question

So the starboard Lenco trim tab is dieing a loud, grinding death, 10 months after the port one died. They are waaay undersized for the boat (2310), so I'm going to switch them out for 9X24 Bennetts. In making this switch, the actuator may attach to the hull below the waterline. Meaning the...

replacement cushions for a Parker 21/20 Sport Cabin

I got one from Coastal Canvas several years ago. They're the OEM supplier in Beaufort, NC. Your dealer can also get one. Don't remenber what it cost because I had a lot of other work done at the same time, but I'm thinking about $150ish. If you get one, ask for one with the strips of...

    new prop

My 2310 w/ F225 was slow to plane and RPMs were up and down in swells. I replaced the stock prop with a Mercury 15" enertia based on the recommendation of Ken at Prop Gods and it is like a different engine. Pops up on plane and RMPs are rock steady through all waves. No increase in fuel...

    Boat Transport Co?

I haven't used him yet, but speaking to him on the phone he seemed very knowledgeable. Price was reasonable, too. He mentioned that trips under 1,000 miles cost a little more, but the price from NC to FL was just over $1,000. I don't need the boat in FL until mid-November, but plan to ship...

    2001 2110WA 200 OX66

No, it's off the market. Currently at the trailer doctor making sure the bearings and brakes are up for it's trip to Florida where it will live.

Is the 2310 discontinued for 2015?

Was told by the dealer last weekend that Parker just sold their last walkaround model. Maybe that only applies to the 2310 since the 2510 is still on their website. The consensus seems to be the center consoles with a head in them took the market away from the WA models. I personally took the...
