I just installed a pair of Taco Grand Slam outriggers. They are top mounted. I did not use a backing plate. The roof of my 2120 SC seemed like it was very thick and solid. Does anyone have these installed on there boat? Do you think I need the backing plates? Thanks TJay

Mine is always about 3/4 towards the hot. Seems to run fine. I wish it was more toward the middle. 2006 Yamaha 150. I changed the impeller (it looked fine) It that normal? TIA TJay

I just noticed that the trim tab on my Yamaha 150 is missing. Looks easy to replace and only about $20.00. But how do you adjust it. I remember the old on was a little off center. Do you just point the boat straight and see if it goes left or right and then move the tab to compensate? Has anyone...
