Hint if you didn't figure this out already (it didn't dawn on me until after I ordered a replacement :| ). If the top of the latch is broken, you can just swap the Port and Stbd latches and you are good to go. The broken part will be on the bottom (which you don't need) and you saved your self...

Might be a long shot, but it sounds like a fuel issue. We were on a friend's boat last weekend and he has the same motor as you. We were running and his motor just quit on him. He had never had an issue with his motor prior to this. After giving it a lot of gas, it started up again...

I don't know about the corrosion X. I just use the marine grease..... Also, my bonding wires have zero corrosion, so my system must be working. Give it a try and monitor the results. It has to be better than doing nothing....

The guy I had bought my boat from had drilled an approximately 1" hole on each side of the upper portion of the plastic cowling. These holes are used to spray fresh water into in order to rinse those bolts (which I religiously do after every trip). The holes are capped with a thin, solid...

I've got an AC unit on my 2530, but honestly have only used it once or twice. Opening the windows to allow the breeze to come through is all I really need. If I were to overnight with the wife, then I would probably use it.

Awesome program! They do the same thing in Panama City, Fl and this will be my third year taking guys and gals out fishing for the day. Highly recommend getting involved with it if you are able. Sure gives you a great feeling at the end of the day :D

10-4 BZ. Good luck at the 3x5's. Let me know what the fish population looks like down there (I imagine you are diving). Did you have your boat at the Navy Base this past weekend? That's where I work and someone told me they saw a big, beautiful Parker coming through the gate. I may run into...

BZ. I've got the 2530 out there. Keep it in a wet slip during season, then in a dry slip during winter. There is a 2520, 2510 and 2310 out there as well in the dry slips. We still have a couple dry slips left at Tyndall if you want to keep it there vice trailering from Rucker.
