Hi, I recently bought a 1996 Parker with a Yamaha 250 OX66 and don't feel it is propped right. Right now at 4800 RPM's under full load I do right around 25 MPH at 4400 RPM's I am going 20-22 mph. I know this boat isn't a rocket ship however feel I should be getting a little more out of it...

Has anyone removed their bow rails? I think they look better without them and gets in the way of fishing. What do most do to fill the holes? Put screws back in, gel coat, would rod holders fit? Thanks in advance. Chris
