    Garmin 8612 or 1243 on newer 2120 or 2320

Considering upgrading to a bigger display. Anyone install either of these? Measuring, it looks tight, but doable. Thank you, Kurt

    Fuel economy

I’m right there with A-K and see similar out of San Diego. In the bay, near shore, and on the way out in the morning, mileage is mid/high 2’s. Coming back in when rough, it’s down at high 1’s because I’m plodding along at 16 -18 mph, which is poor for mileage. My tank averages are...

    2021 2302 Ride Quality

Thank you Roccus! I will check them out. As to the speed thing, very very seldom can you ever utilize our 300hp and cruise at 40-50 mph in the ocean. 30 mph cruise is fast for a boat our size in anything other than somewhat calm seas. I'm usually plodding along at 22-24 mph.

    2021 2302 Ride Quality

Roccus, I’m curious what Downeast boat manufacturers and models would have the positive attributes of the 2320 but provide a much better ride. I would love to research them! Thank you, Kurt

What's the best way to make my new 2320 Parker w/F300... slower?

Rev 4 works completely fine and quiet with the internals you stated. A-K’s OSF4 R15 would also do what you want and would be significantly less expensive than buying a Rev 4 17P and having it reworked to a 16P.

Would you mind posting pictures of where and how they mounted the pump?

What's the best way to make my new 2320 Parker w/F300... slower?

Same setup and have the stock 17 SWS and a 17 Rev 4 that has been changed to a 16. Rev 4 is more responsive and able to hold plane at lower speeds like you are wanting. Top end is low 40s, mileage is worse. Both props are good for different applications.

New 2320 SC Parker Owners - w/Some Questions For Experienced Owners

For Question 5, the aft bench seat base is quickly and easily removed by raising either the port or starboard side and pulling it out of the track. Nice to keep out on a bloody fishing day too.

looking for a better prop for my yamaha 300

I feel that’s a little bit low for your top rpms and may make it more sluggish out of the hole and make it difficult to “easily” hold plane at lower rpm. The Rev4 I have turns more like a 15 or 16P in terms of rpm. It may work for you. Send me a PM if you would like to try it. If you like it...

looking for a better prop for my yamaha 300

We have a 2320 with Yamaha 300. We run fairly light without a bait tank, tuna tower, etc. Came with the Yamaha 17P. Liked the Yamaha prop but everyone was raving about the the Rev4 so bought a 17P Rev4 to try. Better hole shot and low speed performance. Loss of mileage and top end. Rev 4...
