check the fuel pump if it's manual and drives off the cam bad diaphragm can cause that

there should be at least 2 in the cap and 2 on the bottom of the rod best ting would be to take it off and take it to a hydraulic repair shop

I had one like that it came apart with one of my divers on it luckily he was on the bottom rung when it came loose. I used the mounts and built the ladder above

I mounted mine on the corner so it wouldn’t interfere with the motor if left down and put some grab handles

if you want to know what your filter looks like cut it open and look at it .

I would use 4200 for sure and FYI it cleans up well with mineral spirits

I just put some 5200 under the mout but mine is open underneath. I took the other ladder off we dive off the boat and that other one is a pain to put up when done. Plus climbing up the ladder on the side with scuba gear on it leans and makes it difficult to climb that’s why I put it on the corner.
