Parker 2120 2004 Yamaha 150 4 stroke prop question please!

I have been reading about various parkers running at 5200-5300 rpms and it being bad for the engine, I have been a 13-3/4 X 17 and I am only getting a top end of 5300 rpms and a top speed of 33 mph. Does anyone have ideas on uping both? Called Yami and Parker and got no help!
