    Sounds right. The fastened tabs support the tanks from shifting and the tank sets on “adhered“ rubber. The point of fiberglassing over the tabs is an added precaution to prevent the tabs from pulling out?

    How will you set and support the tank? Will you bed it in filler. Are the tabs fiberglassed in or fastened? Nice work!
