We tried another run the other day for the false albacore we found the other day but they weren’t as cooperative this time around.
This guy was the first fish we caught and it was awesome seeing blow up on the lure and proceed to dump half the reel. This was the first tuna we’ve caught and he was released. We didn’t bring any ice and weren’t expecting anything other then false albacore and maybe some blue fish.
I did manage to also get my biggest false albacore to date. He was 34” to the fork of his tail.
