Whitecap Rod Holder

Can anyone tell me where I can purchase the "Whitecap Stainless Steel All Angle Adjustable Removable Rod Holder Model S7007" by Whitecap Industries?
I have tried everywhere I can think of on the web including, Boaters World, West Marine, Cabelas, Bass Pro. Boaters World carries them but are out of stock. Any help would be appreciated.

Dale: Thanks for your response. You have the correct item but Boaters World.com does not have the item in stock. I am looking for another source. As a matter of fact, I ordered the item plus their web site says free shipping for orders over $100. So I ordered some snap swivels to make the order >$100. Then I get an email saying that they are shipping the pack of snap swivels and are going to charge me $17.90 in shipping. I sent them a nasty gram back and canceled the order.
