How the heck do I reset the time and miles on my Yamaha Speedo? I've tried holding the buttons in, combination button push, etc.

Mine seems to reset to zero after each trip.
I'm guessing it does so when I shut the battery switch off.
Never really paid much attention to it...

I have the Command Link square tach and speed/fuel gauges on my 2007 2320.

I reset the trip gallons and trip miles by holding both buttons down for about a second.

Turning off the key or even the battery switch doesn't reset my gauges.

I reset the fuel consumption gauge by holding both buttons down at the same time. The trip meter doesn't reset for a short halt (turn the power off for an hour or so while drifting or on the hook), but will reset to zero when I come back one week later. Must be a timer in it that says, well, this guy shut me down for 24 hours, so maybe this trip is over and I'll reset to zero.
