I'm on a bracket. StainlessMarine brand. Can't get a whole lot of information out of Parker... only thing im getting is "we're putting 30 inch OBs on single applications, 25 inch on dual engine setups"

I should have put a little more detail into my post... I know exactly what I have now, 25”. But Parker is kind of throwing me for a loop; saying they now send single OB applications on 2520s and 30s out the door with 30” motors. Kind of wanted to play the field and see if anyone would pipe up...

I did it with a yeti 125 in my 2120. Was great EXCEPT the thick snap on cushion made it a little tall for the 2120, heads were very close to the hardtop. I put SeaDek on top of it which is very thin, not as much cushion, but made folks happy. I removed the seat back from the factory seat and...

Agree! I'm a big fan so far of no carpet. Louder for sure! But seems like it will be easier upkeep. As if parkers could get any more rugged- but no carpet does add another level of rugged.

I haven't but I just bought an 01 that was never carpeted. Love it so far- a clean look. Brent- curious what you mean it pops?

Parker posted a photo on instagram/facebook showing the "28EXT" cabin mold... Think they're bringing back the 2830? Maybe in 20 years I'll be able to afford one :)

I was in your exact position for the last 2-3 years. I held onto the 21 until I could spring for the 25 (2530 in my case). I couldn’t find enough differences beyond the closed transom/bracket (which is a MAJOR difference- don’t get me wrong) to go 21 to 23.

Yeah luckily my boat was never carpeted and the nuts on the inside are very accessible. I'm going to go around and snug them up hopefully fixes me.. will report back!

Sitting on the hook on my 2001 2530 and she’s creaking/groaning/moaning. Also gives a pretty horrendous crushing / crashing sound when you hit that occasional slamming swell. Best I can tell is it might be coming from my cap to hull union. Thoughts?
