I had the same problem.2016 21 SE.I got in touch with parker.You have to turn Sea Cock valve off when traveling.Its the valve between the 2 pumps {live well pump and wash down pump}

I'd say it's up front more close to the center of the tires.Theres 16 1/2 feet of boat in front of the "p"

It looks deceiving as I had ordered the trailer with and extra 2' added to the tongue as to keep my truck tires no where near the water.

I just purchased the 21se 2016.The difference between the 2015 and 2016 backrests for the stern jump seats is the the 2015 are fixed.They do not come out.The 2016 models are removable.Like a head rest on a car or truck.Dont have to worry about the blood.Easy to put back in if needed.If only they...
