Second station

Now my plan is to drill a hole through the second station into the bottom step and run all cables and steering lines through a rubber hose fitted in the hole I drill.
 
Finally got the drawers installed. I am liking the storage.

built in tackle station was purchased at boat outfitters.com and a custom base was constructed to double as a seat and allow passengers to see out the port side of the boat
 
Very nice work guys.

How did you guys build the molds? In particular the corners. Very nice corners.
 
They make a tool to go along with the clay. It's reffered to as a dog bone. It is polished metal and has different size balls on each end.

The balls you heat and run it down the fillet to form a perfect radius.


Now.....In the past I've done it with Bondo also. The whole key is to work cleanly.

MDF is used for one off molds.
