Single engine 2520XL Parkers require that their outboard motor be tilted up to AT LEAST to the verticle postion in order for them to be backed up reasonably well. If the motor in left tucked all the way down the boat will immediately start slipping sideways as it's backed. Have fun.

I can't imagine a carbon monoxide detector made for a home would last long in a marine environment, and I certainly wouldn't want to bet anyone's life that it might.

If it were me the dealer would be the one correcting the situation. Anode bolts don't normally just snap off, so I'd want the dealer to correct what might have been their bad.

Anyone know where I can find a mooring or trailering cover for a Parker 23SE? It's a center console without a tee top. Not looking for an expensive custom job, just one to keep the rain, dirt and leaves out of the boat when it's being stored on the hard...
