    Docking

Single engine 2520XL Parkers require that their outboard motor be tilted up to AT LEAST to the verticle postion in order for them to be backed up reasonably well. If the motor in left tucked all the way down the boat will immediately start slipping sideways as it's backed. Have fun.

    CT Parker Rendezvous ??

We'll be up for it, providing the wife hasn't already booked us to be someplace else when the date is finally set up. Seems to be already a whole lot of weddings and stuff being planned...

    Pilothouse Floor Covering Trial

We installed the exact same material on our Parker. After one season we removed it and threw it away. With all those little crevices were a real pain to keep clean, and any moisture or liquid spill required major disassembly and cleanup activity. We eventually replaced all those squares with...

    Carbon Monoxide Alarms ?

I can't imagine a carbon monoxide detector made for a home would last long in a marine environment, and I certainly wouldn't want to bet anyone's life that it might.

    Removing broken anode bolt?

If it were me the dealer would be the one correcting the situation. Anode bolts don't normally just snap off, so I'd want the dealer to correct what might have been their bad.

    Towing 2520 MV

I've owned and towed boats all of my adult life, and I can safely say I wouldn't tow a Parker 2520MV 150 miles with a Toyota Sequoia, unless of course I was using your vehicle for the tow. Yes, the vehicle will do it, but the consequences may well be severe. IMHO, that's way to much weight for...

Suggestions for Cleaning up Perko Cabin Door Lock/Keyset

Thanks guys, I'll check them both out.

Looking for a mooring cover for a 23SE

Anyone know where I can find a mooring or trailering cover for a Parker 23SE? It's a center console without a tee top. Not looking for an expensive custom job, just one to keep the rain, dirt and leaves out of the boat when it's being stored on the hard...

    Another Newby from Connecticut....

Howdy, I'm another Connecticut Yankee docking my Parker 2520XSLSC in Niantic.... Just found this place, so I'll be lurking for a bit to see which way the tides tend to run.... :)
