I'm moving my Yamaha Kicker from my old boat to my 2320 with a bracket. For guys who have installed kickers, what have you used to bring your fuel line through the transom? I will also need to run a cable about 10ga in dia. through the transom for the remote throttle. Appreciate any help.
I made one with a small caribiner, a piece of coated cable and a small turnbuckle. The caribiner hooks to the cleat and the open end of the turnbuckle hooks into a chain link. As I turn the turnbuckle it snugs the chain up tight. I’ll try to remember to get a pic tomorrow
I get some leakage underneath the rub rail in heavy seas. Previous owner tried calking under the rub rail. I’d like to pull the rub rail off and actually seal the seam and then put the rub rail back on. So the question is, how do I remove the rub rail?
I don't have a kicker on my 2320 yet but do have one on another boat. For throttle control look at a TrollMaster throttle controller. its a great way to control throttle. It does not shift so you would need to shift it into/out of gear at the motor.
Spent some time looking the portholes over today. Found that in the corners the two sided tape used to secure the gasket had pulled away from the frame. I picked up some good quality weather stripping adhesive and reattached the gasket in the corners. I’ll test with the hose tomorrow

I have Bomar 6000 series portholes (portlights) in the cuddy of my 2320. See pic. They were leaking so I recently replaced the gaskets. I removed all the old material and wiped down with acetone before putting the new ones in. Had some rain over the weekend and they both leaked. Can’t tell if...
