After nine years of owning my 23SE I've decided to sell it and move into something smaller. The boat is a 2001 Parker 23SE with 2001 Yamaha 200 HPDI. Excellent condition, motor runs great. Recently had all maintenance performed (water pump, filters, lower unit gear oil and spark plugs)...

I have a 2001 23SE and the shelf is used to hold the oil tank for my 2-stroke. I'm guessing the shelf is still there for the oil tank even though the boats are coming out of the factory with 4-strokes. I'll try to get a pic this weekend if you still need it. Gary

I had a similar problem on my 2001 23SE. It turned out the livewell drain was leaking where it connects to the hose under the livewell itself. There is an access hole under the livewell for the plumbing to run through and unfortunately this is also over the gas tank. The water was dripping onto...

Very interesting. I noticed at the very bottom of the ad it says the pictures are from 2004. Hopefully a typo. It also says the motor is 2002, but does not say the year of the boat. Also kinda strange they have pictures of dolphins and the wake, but not the inside of the boat.

I'm not a big fan. The armoured hull works by creating a tub for the boat to sit in and then you add chlorine to the tub to kill whatever is trapped inside of it. When you want to use your boat you dump the tub and all that chlorine you were using to kill growth goes into your local waters. Sure...

I'm with Bryan on this one. Your motor may start right up without priming the filters, but air in the fuel line is going to wear the diaphragm in the low pressure fuel pumps and eventually cause a tear. At least that's what my mechanic told me when I had a tear in the diaphragm of one of my low...

I think that's a great decision. I think the extra $700 is worth the piece of mind you'll have knowing you have the right trailer for years to come. Gary

I think I would shop around some and get an idea of what a larger trailer goes for. IMO a 150 mile haul sounds like a ways when you're borderlining the weight limit.
