    New 22 21 se

I have a 2015 21SE on Kentucky Lake. When the wind kicks up, we get significant chop (white caps). The trim tabs make a huge difference in terms of smoothing out the ride. You have to find the sweet spot in terms of speed and trim. In any chop, I tend to keep the boat at 4600-4800 rpm to...

    Fusion stereo

I use the SXM app on my phone (which is free when you have it in your cars) and BT to my Clarion head unit. Fusion has BT capabilities, as well.

    2120 Trolling Motor 36V Lithium

I had Stealth charger in a boat I previously owned. I wasn't impressed by the "charge on the run" feature and I had to upgrade the alternator to really benefit from it. The charger lasted about 3 years, then the heatsink melted the nylon spacer like the wicked witch of the west in Oz...

2520 XLD Seadek for interior cabin

I just got a quote from seadek to do my 2015 23SE... $3500. I was surprised by the price considering the layout doesn't require much material. I'm considering doing it myself next winter when the boat is out of the water.

    1801 to 23SE

I love my 2015 23SE.. it's a smooth ride, cuts through the Kentucky Lake chop on windy days and is great for cruising. I tow it with an F250... which makes a huge difference on long trips. Helm and rod storage is a huge plus.

    Bean Bag Deck Chairs

I have two of these for my 23SE... it makes people much more comfortable than sitting in the jump seats or the seat in front of the helm. JoyBean Outdoor Bean Bag Chair - Water Resistant Marine Vinyl I found them on Amazon for $165 each. Well worth the money.

    Need help identifying!

It's a rigging flange. My 23SE has a square protrusion with a rubber flange. You can find them for $20 in black or white here. https://www.basspro.com/shop/en/t-h-marine-rigging-flange

Trolling motor on 21se or 23 se

This is the mounting plate that is used.. https://bit.ly/3i3u9gj. I can't get a clear picture in the anchor locker, but you can get your hand through the front to where the mount is located. If you look at the pictures, the nav light sits below the space of the motor.

Trolling motor on 21se or 23 se

I have a minn kota terrova mounted on the bow using a mounting plate. I would also high recommend using a ram style mount to secure the shaft (second pic). I am in the process of ordering a G-Line 36V 88AH LiFePO4 battery. The weight of that battery is less than the weight of one of my...

    Ready For 2022

I was all set to put my 23SE in the water today and bend some rods. Then... we go from 62 to 32 in one day with snow. We'll wait another two weeks... and Stella Blue will stay in the barn.

2100 DVCC or 2120 transom mount transducer

Here's a picture of the shoot-thru hull transducer. The GT8HW-IH thru-hull gives the depth at speed and the GT36UHD-TM provides the scanning capabilities when trolling or drifting. The Y-cable allows both to be connected and the 1242xvs has a setting to select both transducers in the...

2100 DVCC or 2120 transom mount transducer

I had a similar problem with the transom mount transducer on my 21SE. The issue has to do with the "noise" created by the outboard in combination with drag while underway. That is how it was explained to me by the Garmin folks. I recently upgraded to a 1242xsv and two transducers...
