Recently dinged my prop (SS 16 13-1/8) and am thinking this might be the time to make a change. I have not invested in trim tabs yet...yet. My issue is slow out of the hole performance and getting on plane. Love going fast but would sacrifice some top end speed for stronger 'getting-on-plane'...
I have a 2021 1801 with a 115hp - I really love it...so fun. I agree with the rest of the folks here. Next year I will probably be looking at the 21SE. Your 150hp will help, but the deck space with 4 (and their stuff) on longer/full days is snug. If I had to go back, probably would have went...
