While doing monday checks on the parker,I found that the starboard tab would not operate. Port side is O.K. I figure it is either the switch or the actuator ,I'll switch leads to determine if it is the switch.I think it may be the actuator because of rust around the base near the tab coming...

Charged batteries #1 and #2 ,checked all cells on both batteries and volt meter shows both at 12.5 to 13 volts.Placed switch to #1 , all electronics and trim and tilt work.Switch to #2 ,elctronics show low voltage and tilt will not work. Rechecked cells on #2 ,but all are good. My next question...

Noticed a hollow sounding spot about 2'' below the water line , directly under the starboard rear scupper aprox 8'' in dia. No visible damage of any kind inside or out,the rest of the transom sounds solid, any ideas.
