    2310 parker 2000 w/twin 150hp 2 strokes

Have a '98 2310 with a single 225hp and love it. Great ride, fishes well, and just enough comfort for the wife and kids. Feels solid and rides like a much bigger boat. Also super easy to put away after a quick scrub and hose down. My biggest complaint is that it is not a bigger boat. haha. Would...

    2310 replacing battery cables

Has anyone replaced the battery cables on a 2310? If so, how difficult of a project is it? I don’t mind rolling up my selves, getting dirty and learning. I just don’t have any electrical experience and don’t want to get in too far over my head. Also, if it is not too bad of a...

    Yamaha ox66 clogged filters

Thanks for the info and the quick response. Very helpful! Do you run any fuel additives, Sta-Bil, Ring Free, etc? I use the boat at least once every two weeks, but keep it in the water. Is an additive worth it? I'll put all those filters on the list of regular maintenance items and give SIM...

    Yamaha ox66 clogged filters

Over the past month, the 1998 225hp ox66 on the back of my 2310 started running real rough, stalling at low rpms, could not get above 4,000 rpms, and surging rpms in between. Felt like a fuel issue and sure enough it was. The filter in the VST tank, on the pressure regulator, and the screens...

    Bait tank install and plumbing

I just had the plumbing re-done for the tank on my 2310. Hoses run under the deck and on top of the gas tank from the bait tank, back to the bilge where the pumps and thru hulls are. Those tanks are pretty common on the West Coast. Just make sure to use quality components, hoses, clamps, etc.

looking to add a kicker motor

Also, a bit concerned about adding the weight of a 9.9 (120 lbs) to the stern. A 6hp is half the weight, and could be used for a shore dingy on overnight trips. Has anyone used a 6hp for their auxiliary? If so, did it have power to push a Parker?

looking to add a kicker motor

Looking to add a kicker motor to my 2310 for trolling and backup for the main. Seems like most people go with the 9.9hp yamaha high thrust for their kicker, but want to ask if anyone has experience with other manufacturers or more economical ways of adding a kicker? A new 9.9 ht yamaha is...

    Caulking questions

Thanks. For this project, would there be much of a difference between the 3M 4000 and Life Caulk?

    Caulking questions

I’m re-caulking the square gap around the bait tank on the deck of my 2310. I was able to dig out most of the old caulk, but struggling to get down to bare fiberglass. Any hints how to get the last bits out of such a narrow, 1/8th to ¼ inch gap? And after it is out, what would be the best...

Congrats on the new boat. I picked up my 2310 a couple weeks ago, and so far am very impressed. Hope you enjoy it.

    my first socal parker

Just bought a '98 2310 with the original ox66 hung on the notched transom. Is my first Parker and super stoked for it! It is going to take some elbow grease, but it should clean up real nice. Have found a few projects already as most everything on it is original, but anything to keep an eye...
