trolling motor on 25 se cc

I have the 87" Terrova and I need the extra shaft length sometimes. I was in 5-6' last week. Just big rollers, but it worked great. I have an old 2520 and the Minn Kota saved my back from screwing with the anchor. I had to cut my bow rail and hinge it. Wasn't happy I had to do it, but it has...

2520 XL with new Suzuki 300

I am no expert, but I would think it could handle it, but I looked and I do not have that on my bracket anywhere. Mine was custom made for the boat and motor from Armstrong

2520 XL with new Suzuki 300

Wow. I was unaware the newer boats had such high fuel capacities. Depending on who's motor you are running you are at the lower end of your top RPM. Suzuki wants it to be 5900 to 6300. If you are Yamaha I think you are right about there though if I remember correctly

2520 XL with new Suzuki 300

I am so sorry to hear that. We have run ours with a full tank or close (110 gallons) 5- 12v batteries and 3 people and we were on plane in 5 seconds and we could top out at 42 mph and cruise at 32 at 4400 RPM. We were always achieving these stats, but could not get RPM's over 5800. We are at...

2520 XL with new Suzuki 300

I have a 1988 2520 and also just re-powered with the Suzuki 300 with a new Armstrong bracket. We had to try 3 different props before we nailed it. I now run a 15 1/2 x 17 she is running 6250 WOT with a 43 mph speed. my cruise at 4400 is about 33-35. My dealer was happy with those stats. Took a...

    Bean Bag Deck Chairs

I also just bought the E-Sea Riders for my 2520. They are great. A little expensive, but my buddy has had them on his boat for 5 years and he is a commercial fisherman and they still look great. My wife loves the arm chairs and all the kids like the tear drops. Awesome way to ride

    1991 25 DV Refresh

Kudos to you for re-doing the teak as you did. I unfortunately took the easy way out and painted it the same as the cabin color. Not a fan of the Parker cram color so I wnt with a siver white on my cabin and top side. Yours does look amazing finished as you did.

    1991 25 DV Refresh

Tyler Very nice job. I as well have a 2520 1988. She was sunk on the Rapahanock river in Virginia. The owner had died and the boat sank. I got mine 3 years ago and it took me that long along with finally retiring to get her done. Just finished her up and got new motor installed in December. Put...

2021 Parker 2320 and Minn Kota Trolling motor installation.

Sydngoose I have a 2520 that I am looking to install on and am having difficulty with the install under the bow rail. Can you send a better picture of your setup? I don't want to have to cut my rail, but it's looking like that may be the only way to deploy the motor. Getting the long shaft out...

Mounting a GPS trolling motor to the bow with a Bow rail

I I have done a lot of research and everyone keeps saying cut the rail and pit it together with pins when not using the trolling motor. I just can't bring myself to do this. I am exploring the install of it on the bracket, but not much info out there about this. I saw one picture of a Parker...

Mounting a GPS trolling motor to the bow with a Bow rail

Hey gang I have a 1988 2520 pilot house with a bow rail. I am wanting to install a new trolling motor so I can hang up my anchor when we are bottom fishing. Was on a buddies boat this summer with one and it was awesome. My issue is I have the standard Parker bow rail. No Pulpit. Not sure how to...
