You can run the main line through a glass eye or a snap of some sort on a line led back to the cockpit so you can either add releases or retrieve the boards without going forward as well.

If you ended up buying from Land's End one thing you need to know is that they don't really fish or understand it exactly. They are a wonderful dealer and have an excellent service department but you should figure out your fishing set up without them and just do it.

I just talked to my dealer on another matter and was asking about the 2520SL and said they are still in the dealer book even if they are not on the website. He said that was his most popular model and he hoped they were still making it and had heard nothing about them stopping.
