Hello all. 8)

I decided to try and sell my Parker AGAIN. I really love my boat, but it’s just something I have to do. I rarely have time to enjoy it anymore, and I REALLY hate to leave it un-used. I took her out three times this season!

The boat is in my possession, so no brokers involved! It’s currently wet-slipped in Brooklyn, NY. Those interested can come and take a look. If I feel you are serious, we will take it out for a spin.

Tire kickers, please don’t waste my time and fuel. :x

Asking price - $40,000.00

You can post any questions here, and PM or e-mail me at [email protected].

The boat has always been marina kept, so the bottom is painted. The bottom was epoxy coated from the start, and painted with ablative paint. It's been sanded and re-coated a few times over the years. NEVER had any bottom growth. This spring I actually had the bottom sanded and re-painted again ($700).

I am very meticulous, so everything is well maintained, and she is in gorgeous condition. I get tons of compliments and questions about this boat everywhere I go. The hull is immaculate! ZERO scuffs, scratches, scrapes, etc. No marks at all! The engine cowling has some marks here and there (part of marina life I guess), but underneath the hood the motor looks (and even smells) like new. I have receipts from Andy @ SIM showing the maintenance done over the years.

The boat is ready to go and ready to be fished hard! Needs nothing! I will post some pictures sometime this week.

There is a small note on the boat, so we would have to deal with the bank unfortunately. :(

Here’s some miscellaneous upgrades/work that were done this 2011 season.

 Replaced the Johnson Aqua-Jet 5GPM washdown pump (same model - $135).
 Re-plumbed the livewell and washdown system using 3/4" sanitation hose. ($60 + a broken back)
 Added the Beckson internal port window vents for ventilation. ($80)
 Added a Plastimo dorade vent on the roof for ventilation. ($100)
 SeaSnell Marine built custom tackle box and drawers underneath the bench. Not even used or setup once! ($500)
 Two Taylor Made #902 316SS flag poles ($150)
 Two Taylor-Made #973 316SS flag pole rail mounts (added to roof rails) ($130)
 Racor Lifeguard LG-50 fuel vent filter/protector ($85)
 Re-built SeaStar ram and helm (both completely re-built by SeaStar @ no charge)
 Replaced AFI Horns (provided by AFI @ no charge)

I also added a full shore power system with battery charger and single GFCI outlet, both mounted in the cabin. I used 4AWG tinned marine wire from the charger to the batteries to compensate for the long run. Expensive, but worth having the charged mounted in the dry cabin instead of in the bulge (like most people do). I used top-notch components for this project. Tinned wires (as on the rest of the boat), heat-shrink crimp connectors (as on the rest of the boat), Blue Sea ELCI main, Newmar charger, BEP VSR, etc. With the Newmar charger and BEP VSR, I never have to worry about a low or dead battery again! The Newmar charges the batts in the marina, and the BEP VSR charges the batts when underway. The BEP VSR also has two seperate switches for the start and house batteries. I can fish all day and kill my house battery, and never worry about my engine not having enough power to start. Definitely my most favorite and useful upgrade so far!
