350 yamaha question

I have the opportunity to buy a 2013 with 500 hrs fly wheels been replaced it will go on a 25 SE center console anyone have experience with this engine any input appreciated

I wouldn't touch that motor w/ a 10 foot pole let alone pay money to have it strapped to my transom. Not Yamaha's finest moment w/ that V8 350
