Is the deck inside the cabin supposed to have non-skid?
My boat doesn't and was wondering if thats normal. Seems to me it should becasue when you enter the deck from the pit with wet shoes its very slippery. I have a rubber mat in there now. Just curious. Thanks Anthony.

no non-skid in my 2008 cabin. I placed carpeted mats down and have been very happy with the results.

Anthony, I asked about that during my tour of the Parker plant in April '09. Was told that because of compliaints from customers about the difficulty of cleaning the non-skid surface in the pilot house they (Parker) made the decision not to add the non-skid surface anymore. I have added Snap-lock Duragrid tiles. Worked will. Here is a link http://www.duragrid.com/

Thanks for the replies. I bought a mat they use in restaurants. You have to trim around the seat post but it works great. Just curious. Thanks Anthony.
