Console box --Spring Arm Replacement (????)

I have a 2005 2300DV. I am not sure of the correct name for the arm that holds the console door open. Anyway, mine is no longer working. The door just goes right back down when I open it. Do I just need to get an entirely new arm or just replace part of the mechanism? What is the correct name for this item? Do I go to Parker or somewhere else for a replacement?
