Dual anchor set up

How are you doing guys, I picked up my 2007 2520 XL last saturday. LOVE the boat, will be posting pictures soon. Im trying to figuare out a way to have a 2 anchor setup.

I think i will leave one anchor in the anchor locker. I want the other anchor to lay on the pulpit with a basket of line on the coockpit. Is there anyway I can work the anchor and line from the cockpit without going to the bow?
