Honda 225 is quiet, reliable, economical. It is often described as the least powerful of all 4-s. I have the 23DVCC and a 225-4 Yamaha. IMO, this is minimum power. There is no way I would want this boat with Honda power. Some Hondas had corrosion problems (it's really a car motor converted).
Everyone's different, can you run the boat before you buy it?

You sure this boat's a 23DV? In another post, you mentioned it lacked the live well. I don't know if I've ever seen a 23DVCC w/o the livewell.
