How many MPG should i expect on a 2 stroke 225

I just purchased a 2310, that is a 1999 model with a Y225 on it. I would like to get an idea of what to expect its range to be. Anyone with any comments?

Never had the 23' with a deep-V, but I'd guess +/- 2mpg @ cruise (4K RPMs) in good sea conditions would be a ballpark figure. Just remember that in heavy weather, you could be down as low as 1mpg, so plan accordingly.

I have a 23DVCC with a model year 2000 250hp and 2.5-3.0 in smooth-ish seas at around 30 knots is what my indicator says. Counting on 2 is smart.
