but.. Will Parker be putting a head in the console of the 23se or DV anytime soon? Is the fuel tank under the console?

Don't know the location of the fuel tank, but rumors of a possible step-in head in the console have been circulating for quite some time.
That would have been a good question for Robin at the boat show. :D

I know the fuel tank is under console in 18, 23SE and 23DV. A lot of boats with head in console accomplish this by moving console foreward. Makes a goofy looking center console w/console in front of boat.

Be careful what you wish for, you might just get it!

Didn't the older Makos put twin saddle tanks in?
One on each side of the console...

To the best of my knowlegde, Mako has always put their tanks on the centerline of the boat under the floor....except for the 236. Early models had them above the deck on the transom corners.

One thing manufactures have been doing is sliding the tanks forward to help offset the weight of the 4-stroke engines. Not good for the head under the console design.
