Ice on the Bay

I was up in Annapolis earlier today and noticed while driving up and back -

Extremely low tides
Ice on the edges of the West River
Ice on the mighty waters of the Deale area, near the Happy Harbor
Ice around the head/charter boats in Chesapeake Beach
Ice almost completely covering the Breezy Point marina area, once past the turn at the gas dock.
